Clinician Minimum Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted license in the role being applied for
  • AHA CPR / BLS (required)
  • Food Handler’s Card (required for Home Health applicants)
  • Relevant experience for role and care setting
  • Background check completion as required
  • Drug screening completion when applicable
  • Current immunization records and/or declination where applicable
